Great place to work, but seems to be going downhill with newer leadership. Rumors about getting rid of remote and Hybrid work are always a sign of archaic mindsets. The company is starting to see the employees as expendable and not caring about retention anymore. Everything is about saving money now
Previously I have been overall ecstatic to work here. I think things are going downhill quickly.
The culture, the people, opportunities for growth.
The leadership team seems to care about company culture.
The culture & the way that everyone is so supportive with each other.
Friendly and relatable. I feel that they care about their employees and the company as a whole.
Medical benefits are good and affordable. Bonus is decent - great that it is paid out across the year.
Highly collaborative team that works well together. Several managers have a wealth of knowledge and experience that makes it rewarding to work with them.

I like the people I work with and the flexibility of a hybrid schedule. It is nice when we have events to look forward to in the workplace. And I also like the work life balance hybrid work provides. Best of both worlds.
For me a hybrid schedule is where I thrive. Going into the office is helpful for collaborating with others, whereas I can stay on task better at home. When collaborating with others, everyone seems to have a common goal and wants to solve issues together.
The hybrid schedule allows me time to collaborate with my peers when I'm in the office. Then when I am WFH I can efficiently complete all work. I like this mix as it really allows me time to do both ends of "the grind" vs collaboration.

Communication. I'd love to understand why a benefit to me (hybrid work) is being taken away. I was hired with this benefit, and now the company can just take that back? Not the best place to work if they continue to go back on their word all the time.
Leaders have a lot to learn. Stop leading with an Iron Fist and listen to your employees and their feedback. Allow Hybrid work when applicable. There is no reason to take away this benefit that cost the company zero dollars when it is so important to many of us.
My pay rate is not in line with the cost of living for my state or the local market. Employees with less experience and education earn the same or more than me. The company seems to care about paying for new talent rather than retaining current employees.
The benefit package itself is great. However, I'd love to understand why a benefit to me (hybrid work) is being taken away. I was hired with this benefit, and now the company can just take that back? Not the best place to work if they continue to go back on their word all the time.
