This was an opportunity that I'm grateful for, and I've been trying to make the most of it. I don't feel or think at this time that this is the place to make, in terms of a career, a great difference for me. And, I've been able to make some great connections, learn a lot, and do some good here.

They are always willing to pitch in and help with difficult tasks. They have helped when it is hard/ugly and offer encouragement and praise.

Create, maintain, and expect seamless partnerships between all of the functions within the company. There are too many instances where functions/departments are making unwise and expensive decisions that do more than affect their own people.

The amount of work that is pushed onto our team, and subsequently onto me and other individuals, and expected to make a turnaround with less (fewer people, smaller budget, etc.) is a sign that our/my function is undervalued by upper leadership.
