The team listens, I'm just not sure if all of them does really comprehend. All in all, the leadership team is doing a good job
Things are not the same anymore. Updates are not communicated on a timely manner, resulting to customers getting confused and frustrated. We should get the customers informed first of the upcoming changes before the changes go live.
I guess it is mainly because of the workload, as it gets too tiring most of the times and it feels like you need to everything when there are really specific teams who did not do their job well and the pressure was put on our team.
