Not sure I can add much here, other than the employees are fantastic humans. The culture is abysmal currently. It should be a priority to fix among leadership.
There are no timely rewards for hard work. Merit is provided 7-8 months after the annual review. This should be updated. There should also be an additional opportunity to be promoted each year. Having to wait 18+ months for a well deserved promo is demotivating to those that want to progress.
1. Communications and Transparency 2. More time between layoffs so BUs can sort out what they need 3. Stop taking things away from Employees (parental leave, caRING days, Christmas Eve, etc) 4. Leadership visits to office hubs - get to know your workforce 5. More than 1 merit/promotion review per yr
