:) when one of our teammates goes on unplanned leave and because of them the whole I have to setback on my preferences even after overperforming with my KPIs

I think the entire culture is corrupted in the roots you can't do anything to fix it and why would anyone care for a baseline executive working on min wage

I have been pushing my limits each and everyday to cope up with my values and my managers expectations doing more than I supposed to but in return I get false hopes and mental pressure

I cant even term a team here because one week I am around the people who's face wont be visible to me for next two weeks because of the drastic shift rotation there is barely anything as team here

The production runs 24/7 all of us has a shift timings that change around 2-3 time in a week one day I am expected to report at 7am in the morning and the after tomorrow 4:30 after an year of experience I at least expect a sum enough to survive without begin forced to do side hustle. I am exhausted
