Negative company politics can cause decreased morale, higher employee turnover, and lower productivity. Addressing these issues requires transparent leadership and clear processes that align individual rewards with overall company objectives.

Nothing is best in leadership team, too much favoritism here. They only promoting the person when they see any personal profit in the person and for remaining they are doing nothing.

Hard work and accomplishments go unnoticed or are rarely acknowledged by management. NO one is getting fair pay as per their work, no extra allowances on their work one few people are getting allowances on work if they are favorite of management. Management not giving credit who are illegible.
