
They needs to work more to stabilize the process. Currently they are just coming sitting and going home. They are not working to get the process stabilized. They always do chit chat when they don't have any work which disturbs the entire floor.
They need to stop partiality towards there favorite teammates and give fair chance to every teammate based on there performance and not by the favoritism. Every month the RNR get's distributed to the favorite TM's not to those who do all the hard work.
The company needs to think about the employees well being there are no fun Fridays no fun activities on the floor just work and work. As I am working for the voice process we don't get opportunity to attend the monthly RNR's held in the cafeteria.
The work environment here is very negative. The management never listens to the suggestion we provide to improve the quality of work. Even if that suggestion will make our jobs easy my manager never want to listen to any suggestions or complaints I raised in this entire year.
The work I am doing is more compare to my fellow teammates who has joint with me. I have completed my 1 year and have been moved to 6 different LOB's and now I am doing extra work for which I am not getting paid anything extra nor I have any extra incentives or something to cover up the work.
