Not my team itself, some of my coworkers are great, they are from other teams, they care for other teammates
Well, Taskus states people first, however in practice is not the same, we are unable to freely take advantage of our benefits
base pay is about average in all call centers in the area, benefits are about the same as everywhere else, not a big difference
When I started I was exited and happy to come to work, however with the campaign I'm at, Team leaders and management make it hard to work with, we are just a number and sadly we are replaceable, this team has lost great teammates
