there are benefits for the agent like birthday leave and UTO. This helps in emergencies. There is awareness in mental health.

that I have money to take home to my family. And since the shift is 1 hour away from my house I can get there a bit quicker.

listen to the agent. There are many issues in regards to missing vacations day and the internal TL's only redirect the blame to others. Within campaign follow the procedures. there should be a better pay for when you move to another position instead of giving other bonuses.

In Mexico task us the net pay is the same pay as 5 years ago. Inflation has been rising but not our pay. Living in the border does not help. The bonus that used to exist for coming on time no longer exist for new hires. Where in all call centers this is a benifit.
