I enjoy what I do, what my team is able to accomplish, and what my dept is doing top to bottom. What is impacting my day to day is the Product/Engineering Team. Their Leadership changes and lack of progress is impacting what we're able to deliver to our clients
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I love the people and solving complex problems with them. New Leadership gets in the way. They come in trying to implement "new" ideas, hoping they get credit. When their ideas don't work, they leave and we are set back. Ex: So many new tech reviews opened slowing EVERYONE down due to Gagan's idea

My team and cross-teams are always open for collaboration and improving processes

Salary and Bonus. They make up for the poor benefits (healthcare really hurts my family's paycheck)

Everyone is open and wanting to help regardless of what team you report to or your job title

My team steps up to help each other every day. We truly work as a team and not individuals

The package is trash. I pay way too much for basic benefits...it is only made up by salary yearly RSUs
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Alex and his commitment to help FIs. The rest of the Leadership do not understand Alkami and set us back consistently. The Leadership Team sets the product and implementations up for failure by trying to implement new techniques to "save the day" that works at their previous tenure.
