I've joined Elsevier only seven months back and these 7 months turned out to be best one in my professional career so far. Kudos to the senior leadership team, our director, and all team members.

The support and confidence given by our team director and all other members is very commendable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very empathetic towards their team members; very strategic and goal oriented; provide all the possible support needed by individual/team
What are some of the best things about your team?
All team members are very supportive and easily reachable. Though working from home currently, we interact regularly and share our experiences for helping out each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
The confidence shown by management on us gives us a sense of responsibility towards our work. Also, the leadership team is working pretty great initiatives with social changes, which make us feel real proud of being part of this organization.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My team members located across world have similar KRAs and work practices, irrespective of our previous work experience. It seems reasonable that our compensation should also not be dependent on our previous salary structure; but it is not so. There should be a fixed salary range within the team.
