It's a very standard compensation package. We are given a healthy amount of PTO.

Everyone is kind and collaborative; there is never blame, only learning, and curiosity is encouraged.

Recognition! There are so many different ways in which colleagues are regularly recognized for achievements big & small.

They put people first, mission second, and profit third. They know that focusing on people and culture will drive towards our mission, and profit will follow.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being busy, but not in a busy-work way -- in a meaningful way, where I can consistently see the impact of the work I do on my teams, my products, and my customers.
