The onboarding experience was a little bit rocky and the first few weeks could definitely have been better but I am now settled into the role and the team. The great thing about the team that I am in is that they are open to change and are looking to actively improve ways of working.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is always happy to help each other. As a new starter who onboarded remotely it was always easy to get someone on a call to ask questions or for a general chat about work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I wouldn't say anything needs to be improved. It is just the type of work that we have at the moment. As new projects come along things and the team as a whole comes together then things will naturally change.
