The compensation is completely out of range given my experiences, qualifications, skills, and market benchmarks.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company is significantly behind in many areas in marketing, and yet people can be very hostile and resistant to change. If this is not addressed, mediocrity will become a permanent part of the culture.
