Its great to work with a company so diverse in terms of culture and nationality of it's employees. I find it a bit hard to work though in terms of inter team dependencies as I find the timeline too long; probably because im used to work with startups :)

Im happy to learn new stuff, get to have a vast library of learning materials, plus learning is part of the work i do.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone one comes from a different background with different culture not just by the country that everyone came from. This promotes dynamics in the team, as each woul have their own idea on solving things
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on the market rate of software engineers, i feel like my current salary is a bit lower. But im still optimistic that this will change after all it's my first year with the company
