Since February, I was onboarded remotely & in person. I have had enormous opportunities to work with partners and other people inside Interfolio, Researchfish & Elsevier which I really appreciate. It's fair. Depending on how inflation goes we will see if that remains the case.

This is the happiest I have been in a job in my 10 year professional career. The Interfolio team, management and SLT are wonderfully invested in our product and our staff which really shines through.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am happy with the health insurance, although most companies at this market size should offer it for free. I like the pension contributions, but the enhanced benefits should come in a little earlier. I do have concerns pay rises will not match inflation but we shall see.
