it's been a great couple of months so far at Elsevier. I have/had to learn a lot but I like to roll up my sleeves and get stuck in so that works for me. The people at Elsevier are great and I feel at home working at Elsevier.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel that everybody can be themselves in an environment where opportunities are equal to all.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the 10 study days p/a is a nice touch and gives you dedicated time to study or prep for a certification.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy if I can solve a problem or help somebody solve a problem or provide an alternative view of the problem.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've only joined Elsevier a few moths ago but I like the way they are dealing with the current economic uncertainty and making sensible decisions looking ahead.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people at Elsevier are really friendly and helpful to be honest. Not only in my team but also the other teams you interact with or reach out to.
