Almost all the managers in the team are very polite and are friendly towards there subordinates. My manager helps me to grow within the team and encourages me to speak up opinions.

We sometimes as a team play some brain development activity in our team meetings through virtual setup and we are free within the team to approach each other at any point in time.

I am surrounded by team members who are extremely talented and are part of some or other projects, still, they are ready to help me at any given time. I am heard, which is very important and everyone's opinion matters. Thanks to the top management for the practice.
