I feel we have secured Job. Even if there is a threat to my current role, our management will try to fit in different team that suits with our skill set. One thing here is we are pressurized with cross-functional training when we have more on our plate in current role. Quality of work may affect.

Office atmosphere and apart from this Work from home policy should be re-visited for bonding between the employees and to meet company goals with 100% quality and to serve better to our customers.
What makes you most happy at work?
80-95% focused work without any distraction. face to face interaction, Effective sessions like important meetings and brainstorming etc., Bonding will improve and ideas can be flowed like a crystal clear water. If we are in home, simply waste and WFH becomes work for home not Work from home.
