My office is my second home. I'm part of Elsevier for the past 14.5 years and it is still the same since I joined. Very good ambience, facilities, salary package, flexi working, very friendly management team and the list goes on..

My team is my strength, we all support each other in everything we do.
What makes you most happy at work?
We get positive vibes when we go to work. We have a very good office place, the facilities which we have is awesome. I would say Elsevier is the Best!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our salary is matched with the current market standards. The yearend incentives and increment are very decent at times more than our expectation. We were fairly paid even during the Covid.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My Managers and Senior Management team are very much approachable and we can take our concerns if it is small to them directly. Our concerns are taken up immediately and we can see them worked on, I meant to say that we have transparency on the actions taken. A very safe place for a women employee.
