
They are nice and some of them tend to come to office, which I appreciate.
The company is very flexible and you feel with control of your tasks. However, not in control of other's tasks and timelines so extra communication amongst everyone is beneficial

I make my own structure and never know if some unexpected change will crumble all the work I did and it's hard to manage timelines when no one has fixed timelines in the work and tasks they do
I am an intern so the compensation is too low to live obviously. Also, I feel I had a lot of responsibilities with a lot of teams and departments as just an intern and I was never acknowledged that this fact was challenging and complicated. It was just as if I did average.
