I have the freedom to implement new strategy for getting the desired outcome after discussing with my manager. The confidence that I would be well supported from team if I require any suggestions or updates.

They are very focused on the customer's requirements and want to support them in there day to day work. They also care about the employees by training them and giving us the opportunities to grow in our role.
