Everything is okay except the Talent Acquisition team in Chennai should be more efficient I would say as they are really not up to the mark, sometimes like when the application is submitted they take their own sweet time and never respond as this puts the reputation of the company at stake. Thanks

HR should be transparent enough when the employee is not selected for any reason. I see only a generic answer from TA that the profile is not shortlisted. How will a candidate know where he lacks? I might stop referring people to Elsevier since it's meaningless because of TA behavior I would say. Tx
