reduce the steps in approval process, give approval authority to regional team, ensure equal value is given to all products and divisions, and provide support that enables everyone to achieve their goals."

there is a disconnect between my contributions and the recognition and compensation I receive. there hasn't been a corresponding adjustment in my compensation for the extra responsibilities I've taken on. I would appreciate a more transparent and equitable process for evaluating performance.

because the goals set are often unrealistic, or not as per the limited support and resource available. making it difficult to achieve the incentives tied to them. This creates a disconnect between effort and reward, especially considering the significant workload we manage.
