My overall experience in the last month has been great, I am learning a lot. I am yet to gel with my team, there is a slight language and cultural barrier that needs to be breached. I'm sure that once we spend more time with each other over a course of time that will happen.

The compensation by itself. I'm happy with what I'm getting.

A few members of the team promote overall team growth and believe in knowledge sharing.

I like the team for the value they add and knowledge they impart on everyone else.

I feel the best part of my compensation package is the clear and concise break-up of how the salary is distributed and the bonus from the company's side.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am fairly new to the company and I am still getting used to my team. The jury is still out on identifying the best things about the team.
What makes you most happy at work?
The best answer to this question at this point is the fact that I am getting trained for my new role. That motivates me to wake up and show up at the office.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am a bit old schooled, I love coming to the office. However, I love the fact how the company or its managers don't force any of the employees to be at the office unless there's a business requirement.
