I do not feel undervalued but do feel Elsevier doesn't pay certain positions competitively.

I feel that employees could be more fairly compensated for the work that is being asked of them.

The entire team gels very well. Both professionally and personally they care about each other and their team members under them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Leadership and team members constantly checking in to see if they can offer assistance, or just talk generally about how you feel, how things are going in both professional and personal aspect.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Communication, it's clear, concise and delivered in a timely manner. Also, the leadership team makes themselves available for questions, and does a great job teaching the why's that go along with the how's.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being acknowledged for the work I'm contributing to the team. I am constantly being thanked in one way or another so it makes me feel good as an individual contributor, that while expected, appreciated as well.
