My overall experience at Elsevier has been great. The work culture is good. Work flexi timings is a great boon. Work from home through the year and monthly once or twice team charter day is the best thing. Great ambience and work stations in office. Pick up and drop cabs provided for office days.
What makes you most happy at work?
My colleagues, my team/family, easy to use application to complete the daily tasks.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are heard. There is no micromanagement practiced in my company. All employees are educated to treat each individual with respect and no bias.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
1. Travel to and from office is taken care by company, no penny is deducted from my salary for transportation services. 2. We have subsidiary restaurants tie up within the office premises which is a saving again.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very loving, we respect eachother, always there to pitch in and support eachother wholeheartedly for absence coverage especially, very frank and straight forward, hold no bias, no groupism, we love to stick together, we enjoy the time together on all team meetings, team charter day. We are family.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team are very practical and solution oriented people. I trust the leadership team are here to help and support us and make us feel comfortable to speak our mind as well.I feel good about the overall experience I have had working with the leadership team in all these years at Elsevier.
