We have a diverse culture and very positive environment. There is no micro-management and that is the best part to work with peace.

The compensation is good but it can be fairly better based on the experience of the person (negotiable) instead of setting designated budget for the role.

The Leadership team is very approachable and always ready to help with any questions. There is always a clear communication of expectations. They care about the employees.

I work four days a week from home and one day at office. The best part of hybrid work model like this provide a perfect work life balance. Fridays are fun meeting with people and interacting with team.
