They are approachable, humane, clever and determined. They are not lofty, isolated or arrogant. I am humbled to interact with them regularly and to learn from them.
What makes you most happy at work?
That every day I feel as if I am making a difference. That even the biggest challenges and most difficult problems we face at work are overcome in the right spirit.
