Very positive, there are opportunities for career changes, the jobs are often fulfilling and challenging, which is what I look for in a role. There is a sense of community and, with positive ambition you can grow and continue to develop skills and be recognised.

sharing information and the strategy. However there are too many choices which compromise retaining talents (outsourcing, investing in eastern countries to cut costs)

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Elsevier is a great place to work, but there are publishers paying better, so sometimes I feel like the company is not doing everything they can to retain talents. I am not thinking of leaving, since I find my job fulfilling, but I do not exclude to try in the future.
