More than any other company I've worked for before, I've been able to really explore career opportunities and grow with the company and take on new exciting opportunities. I've also been given many opportunities outside my role to join employee resource groups, professional development, and travel.

I love collaborating with my team and being able to put forward ideas without feeling like they will be rejected. I feel comfortable being myself in front of my coworkers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all bring our authentic selves to work and I love that we're allowed to be who we are. My coworkers are thoughtful and inclusive. They're excited about they work they do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Within my team, we aren't micromanaged and we're allowed flexible working time. If I need to take a mental break in the middle of the day and get back to work later, I can do that.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do an amazing job at being transparent and clearly communicating how the company is doing and what the goals are. But, since the start of the pandemic, they've also demonstrated how much they care about employees wellbeing.
