My team is practically my family. We fully support one another and always there for each other professionally and personally.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Pre-COVID, our office would host many gatherings and team building activities. My entire team lives in different states and we were told no traveling.

Everything about my team is great! I trust and respect them all very much. We have each other's backs and always work hard to meet our goals. We are always in it together and no one gets left behind in my team! I work with compassionate and caring people.
What makes you most happy at work?
My colleagues that I get to interact with. I have made life long friends here at Elsevier and we remain close and in contact even during the pandemic. We occasionally will set up a Zoom lunch. I am also very close to my team and love working with them
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do a great deal of work and my Enabled Performance & other measurements all highlight it, however, I have not received a raise/promotion since I started working here. I personally know colleagues who have received a raise/promo even though our role/work is similar and they've been here shorter
