I have worked her for almost 20 years and I can count the days that I was bored. Never a dull moment! And the best colleagues!

Respectful. Psychological safety is a big thing. Taking your whole self to work.

my colleagues and my role. And also my extracurricular things I do out of passion for I&D and working Agile, having a growth mindset.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

How open they communicate with each other and how they get better at communicating to us with regards to everything and especially D&I. And how they have supported us through COVID-19.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Lots of employee resource groups, other networks and opportunities to combine work with fun. It doesn't matter where you come from, I feel accepted. I hope that's the case for everyone.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel there should be a junior, mid and senior level in each role. So there is lots of room to grow. And when you hit the top of senior level, your manager should check with you where you could develop towards to.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

It's a diverse team, with lots of knowledge and interest. And since we have Kumsal as a CEO I feel that we are getting more and more in the partner position with our customers and less perceived as a monopolist. I feel our reputation is becoming better again.
