My comps package is quite average, so nothing particularly standsout.

Recognizing what we're not good at and really try to improve.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Smart passionate people, some of them can really make works fun, though not all of them.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Emphatical, progressive, transparent. The new leadership team we have now is a far cry from what we had a few years ago under the last CEO. Kumsal Bayazit has really transform our culture and leadership team to one I am very proud of and have them lead us.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I think there're some differences between being valued and being compensated appropriately. While I feel valued by my manager, It is very clear in the UK, via the government sponsored gender pay gap report, that Elsevier is at 26.7% gap, something we need to take proactive steps to address asap.
