What is the best part about your compensation package?

I get an annual bonus but what I really like is the very generous pension plan

What are some of the best things about your team?

They are collaborative bunch who are friendly and approachable and endlessly generous with time and energy for those who are still learning the ropes.

What makes you most happy at work?

I have some fantastic female networks who are endlessly supportive. I had an opportunity to do some Female in Leadership training recently and I'm also a facilitator and member of the central team for rolling out Psychological Safety.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

As someone who has worked here for 7 years then the support given by our CEO for I+D initiatives has been amazing. I have been able to learning some new skills and learn how to become a race equality ally.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The "Kumsal Effect" because since our CEO then there has been a massive change in our organisation. I believe the leadership teams have benefited massively under her leadership. She has lead with empathy, kindness and committed Elsevier to a range of I&D initiatives for the benefits of all.
