I have been here just under a year and a half, and it has been mostly positive. I was impressed by how quickly each office acted to ensure work from home guidelines. Due to my global team, and my regional location, I have quite a few late night meetings, which can affect my work-life balance.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel like different regions get different things, which is a shame.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
With COVID-19, and 'work from home'/Zoom fatigue, and all events moving to a virtual environment, I am a little tired.
