In general, a positive experience. My direct reports, coworkers, and management team are great. Opportunities for advancement in my group are limited which can be frustrating. I have huge respect for Kumsal, her vision for the business, and her vision of how employees should be treated.

Paid time off is generous for long time employees, especially by American standards. Flex work time is especially valuable and allows employees to maintain work life balance.
