What are some of the best things about your team?

International, kind, hard working, positive

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Finally we have a CEO who speaks our language! Kumsal is an amazing inspiration and has clearly put very capable women into her leadership team. My main criticism is the male leaders, many of which have been around too long. It's time for fresh blood.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My performance is not linked to my salary. It doesn't matter that I score a 1 or 2 on my PDP every year as I receive the same salary rise as someone who just does the bare minimum. Poor performance is never tackled and good performance poorly recognised.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I'm tired of these old ways of working and everything being so "top down". Our management team are so pedantic and cannot see the bigger picture. These is what happens when people are promoted through the ranks and nobody is ever brought in from elsewhere to give perspective
