I can reach them at any time. Diverse team with different ages They are very friendly from day one I joined Elsevier not which may not there in all company.

In Elsevier I really like global culture interacting teams all over the world different timings and people which is not seen in other company where they have India separate. Indian bosses will make Indian company by culture and everything
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone voice is heard. They never force anyone with their idea and goals only they look for progress result will be accepted in same way won or lost. They care about employee during Covid-19 spread we seen with our own eyes.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have seen more happy customers. Previously I was with reputed US pharma and nutrition company customers usually respect us. At Elsevier I am amazed to see such huge respect then I realized Elsevier is best respected company by customers even by employees I think.
