It has been a sine wave. This is normal and depends on the project (short, long term goals and how achievable they are), manager and collaborators. The issue we face is always of acting fast. The frustration is we are slower than competition. I wish the company success as do what I can to help.

Clarity on mission, how to go about and achieve goals, communication transparency and continuous update, inclusion (e.g., via ERGs and surveys), actions are seen and clear if it is about building your career or working on strategy to return to the office. it does feel like we are part of it all, thx
