Most of the feeling, environment and peoples are great just I don't feel secured working in this company as when organization restructure happens, I may easily asked to leave. It happens to my close colleagues.

They are friendly, genuine and do not have office politic.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Underpaid and the transport allowance remain unchanged since I joined ( 6 years+). Should review and adjust the salary.
