What are some of the best things about your team?

Generally very nice people. The sense of camaraderie helps: we can share our frustrations and bolster each other.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There is a sense that we are working for the common good: that what we do makes a real difference and that we are part of something bigger.

What makes you most happy at work?

A sense of achievement: of finding a way to produce something that is genuinely useful to someone else, meeting deadlines and targets, finding solutions, helping provide information or data that is genuinely useful.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They seem to all be genuinely nice people who do not appear to let the pressures of their jobs get to them and certainly do not pass that pressure down in their manner of speaking to others.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The role keeps evolving and changing with more pressure, more tasks, shorter deadlines yet there is no financial or other incentive system in place. The remuneration structure is rigid and outdated. Some managers lack people, managerial and leadership skills. There is no training and education.
