It's remarkable how such a large enterprise can be so progressive, not only on paper but by actually putting money where the mouth is. It's an old company and in some regards feels more rigid than smaller ventures, but there is a drive to constantly improve that's part of the core.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody is friendly and invests time in each other. There is a lot of respect going around.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very open and honest. Asking questions is encouraged and making mistakes is seen as an important part of the process.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Other than monetary compensation I really like the fact that working hours are really broadly defined. This really helps finding a good work-life balance.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the most to find ways to solve problems by installing processes that everybody agrees with. Putting everybody in a position that allows them to be the happiest and do the best work they can.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Really taking into account the human side of the business. With so many different people, cultures, languages and everything it is of the utmost importance to build an inclusive and open community in which participation and openness is encouraged. Everybody counts!
