I am in separate division of Elsevier, so my experience is a bit different. My direct manager at Shadow Health is terrific! The products are wonderful and everyone is figuring out their roles within Elsevier going forward.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits choices and work/life balance efforts have been very impressive. I sat in on a LGBT+ enrichment session today and it was educational and appreciated!

I love meeting the Elsevier team! I am actually part of Shadow Health, and meeting the talented team at Elsevier has been motivating, as well as enriching.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that the work is constantly changing and that the digital is cutting-edge. I am surrounded by "can-do" spirit and look forward to participating in learning webinars and meetings!
What makes you most happy at work?
I am a naturally curious person, so the chance to meet and learn motivates me. I get very excited about making a difference with faculty and students...idealistic, but that what makes me happiest!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that Elsevier is so progressive! It's the reason I joined the company. The company seems to be financially stable, and the direction is clear. There is a great deal of clear communication.
