I don´t feel undervalued, on the contrary, I think my work and opinion is highly valued; I just think that my responsabilities and work should
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The high level of all employees. I can learn something from each of them every day. In addition, the work between departments is becoming narrower and that makes us know each other better. To finish, the atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team, that's the word. I feel like a member of a group in which I know that I can count on anyone to help me with any questions; project or campaign and, in addition, do it with good humor. This is greatly appreciated
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The autonomy they offer me to work and design the best strategy to achieve our objectives. I feel supported and encouraged to find solutions for myself; easier to learn and grow professionally. On the other hand, I very much value the family conciliation that they offer me
What makes you most happy at work?
The idea of learning something new every day. Every month I work and interact with a new tool; I discover a new platform or discover new and better ways to carry out my work and achieve goals. That's the best thing that can happen to you in a job, at least for me
