Very challenging but rewarding. Fantastic people and great culture, but systems are outdated and so are some of the views of some senior people in the business. There's no room for progression in my department and I feel like the company is wasting talent. Senior management could be more transparent
What makes you most happy at work?
Meeting with external people, strategizing my plan for the year, anything that isn't day-to-day admin work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is diverse, inclusive and so engrained in the company that it feels natural and not forced.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are very open and i feel very psychologically safe within my main team (but not the wider team). My team are collaborative and always happy to help out where needed.
