I love it here so far! As a new hire, I do sometimes fear not being able to measure up, but my colleagues are all quite proactive in making me feel comfortable and ready for any challenge, whether through active encouragement or one-on-one help. Thanks Elsevier; I truly feel that I can grow here!

Successfully finishing a project together as a team!!!

Everyone's is so warm, welcoming, and approachable. As a new hire, that's something I really appreciate.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone seems to be open to helping one another, and collaborating, as well as encouraging of a growth mindset.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting my work done! - it gives me quite a feeling of accomplishment, being able to complete an originally daunting task :)
What are some of the best things about your team?
Again, everyone has been so kind, helpful, and beyond encouraging. It's truly made the process of joining the company less "scary" for lack of a better way to put it.

Everyone I work with is so open, friendly, helpful, and self-accountable. Truly such a positive, warm environment to work in, especially as a relatively new hire, with this as my first ever job in the tech sphere.
