What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's really easy to make friends with similar interests. You are never bored and are constantly learning/challenged. Everyday is a new day with new challenges and scenarios. The people and the life-long-learning are the 2 best parts of this job among many.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very nice, optimistic, fosters a teamwork mentality, and will go out of their way to help you. They are really responsive and there to hold your hand. They are not afraid nor upset to answer a question you have asked before.
What makes you most happy at work?
Hearing someone else laugh with me. Being able to help someone else. Knowing I will have a new challenge everyday. Knowing I will develop a solution independetly or collaboratively, as decided necessary. You are not micromanaged because you have all the tools and resources you need to make decisions
