The workload is heavy and it's fast-paced, but the colleagues and the company culture are very nice. So I'd recommend friends to work here if they want to challenge at work.

It's a global information company with positive employees. It's fast-paced but not hurting, you can adjust how much you challenge by applying to the right position.

They try to speak to us and to share information where possible.

The amount of paid leaves is good and there's culture to promote taking them.

Working from home is normal in Elsevier, though it's not very much in my country.

Plenty of things to work on and there's more room for me to contribute to.

People are positive even in challenging situations. I have never seen people criticizing an individual in this company.

Global but still having a reasonable amount of APAC regional team. Hoping the APAC team to have more functionality in the future like developers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I can feel my direct manager and the manager above take care of me as a person very much. Though we're a remote team, the conversation during the meeting and one-on-ones are warm and engaging.
