Great people, great values across the company. My particular department is abnormal compared with others I've observed. We lack communication, support and engagement. Almost as if we're siloed without visibility or the opportunity to grow and advance. WIN and IDEA values are not encouraged.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication across all employee levels. Often their message is lost when communicated to our department leader, and the individual employees feel lost / confused / ignored.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is evolving in a positive direction. There's still a lot of room for improvement, but focuses like WIN and IDEA give me hope and optimism for a future that incorporates those values at a department level.
